I have used this dealership for all of my scheduled maintenance since I bought my new car. I've probably been 5 times now. The employees have always been courteous and responsive. I haven't had any issues with the work.

This was the first time that I had used the parts dept. at this dealership. I was greeted in a friendly manner. He seemed very knowledgeable about the new car remotes and the parts needed. He took care of the matter in a timely manner, gave me  a invoice of service and directed me to the cashier in order to check out. The cashier was very kind and offered me something to drink and a piece of fruit to take on the road with me. She also explained all the new amenities the dealership had to offer since their major renovation.

They're average, they're okay. I don't like much about them, I don't think anything much about them, they're average, they don't want me to report them as good, they don't make me want them to report them as bad, they're average. The oil change is free because the manufacturer pays them. Quality is okay. They were doing a new building when I went there, it was snowing, and it was in a pretty bad state. They did it on the day they said they were going to do it. I have to continue going there because there's no one else on the Eastern shore or no other dealer here.
