Auto Tires
It went horribly. They were supposed to put the same trail tires on my wifes truck as they put on mine, two days earlier. As she was leaving, she noticed they put passenger tires on instead and hoped we wouldn't notice. We went back and got what we wanted, at an extra charge, an extra wait, and not even an apology from the manager. They acted like switching them out without telling us was general practice. They even went so far as to blame it on someone that wasn't even working. Very shady company.
