I always hate the upsell component to Jiffy Lube, but I rated them a C on professionalism because they removed my air filter and caused an service engine light to come on. Of course I had no idea at the time this is what had happened, I just knew my light came on after an oil change. The problem was that upon contacting the store I was met with less than friendly staff and was made to feel as though perhaps the problem was on my end. The ordeal was very upsetting. In the end I think a nicer attitude would've gone a long way. For the cost I will probably stick with privately owned places in the future.

I have used this Jiffy Lube many times for 3 different vehicles during the past 7 years usually for just the basic oil change and once for a coolant flush. The staff has always been prompt and responsive, done the work quickly and cleanly and at all times have been polite. Over the years I have seen the staff change and noticed an improvement in the quality of service and professionalism. I pop in every now and then to have my tire pressure checked and the staff has always been accommodating, prompt and taken the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
I feel for the services provided by Jiffy Lube are a good value and it sure beats going to a dealership and pay 10 times the amount for an oil change.

Excellent! Because there's little downtown that you have to wait, and they cover a variety of services. You can negotiate that right. So, they have little time restructure for scheduling it.
