Tom was great! He did the work quickly cleaned up the site when he left and waited patiently for his pay. We were rehabing the house under a 203k so he had to wait for a first draw which took longer than we had anticipated. He was professional and patient. I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Tom performed radon testing and removal. When he found that we had to install the removal equipment in the basement rather than making the room look bad he drilled through brick and concrete to place the unsightly equipment on the outside wall hidden behind the heat pump. Although that was more work than he had anticipated he did so at no extra charge.
