Edwin and his team were excellent. They obviously take pride in their work and met or exceeded every expectation.

This crew was very professional in regards to the installation of my blown -in insulation and their interactions with me, but the mud work they did to repair my walls was sloppy. There were large drips of drywall mud on my furniture, on my sinks, on the floors, on the baseboard trim (especially), and splattered on the walls. In addition, the tape they used to hold up the plastic barrier tore the paint off of my ceilings and adjacent walls which now need to be repaired and repainted. They did repair some of the places on the ceiling and the walls, but they still need to be repainted.

Edwin was very professional, competitive priced. Work was completed as planned on time which exceeded my expectations.

This was a great meeting with ED Residential getting our project estimated. We went with ED Residential in September and schedule was set up to complete by end of October. Great service.

ED Residential was the best pricing I received for comparison of sealing the air gaps in our attic, covering light fixtures and adding new insulation. Edwin came out twice, once in March when I initially decided to get our insulation repaired and again in September when we decided to move forward with the project. We reviewed the project detail and the pricing did not change. We did add some more work to the project and the pricing added was fair to the additional work specified. As the work progressed Ed noticed light coming into attic through my roof. He showed me the areas of concern which gave me a sense of urgency to get this fixed. I went right to Home Advisor again and got great recommendations for getting my roof repairs done before the next rain storm came. ED Residential was at the house for 2 days and protected the areas of my house for the work so that loose insulation wouldn’t get on areas that it shouldn’t. Each day they cleaned up and left the house in great shape. I highly recommend ED Residential

He is very professional in resolving my issue of limited insulation in the attic. I like forward working with Mr. Gomez on a later project with the recreation room insulation and utility closet.
