I called the office and made an appointment for a service call to repair my computer. The guy was on time, and professionally dressed for the job at hand. We discussed the issues I had with my computer and quickly he diagnosed that I simply needed a clean-up of system files, and items in the back ground that were slowing down the machine. He answered my questions and never made me feel dumb for asking. I appreciated that he was not there to try to talk me into costly options and simply took care of the problem at hand. I loved the idea of him coming to me and not having to travel in town to drop off or pick up my system, although they do offer that option as well. I was satisfied with my service and treatment and would recommend them to anyone.
