OK. The work was well done and the ring is absolutely beautiful. It took a long time for them to get to it, but was done in the time frame quoted. My only small gripe is that I wish they had asked if I wanted an appraisal for insurance purposes at the time the ring was done. This is unfamiliar territory for me and I could have used a little guidance. They could have done the work and appraisal all at the same time. Instead, after my husband gave me the ring as a gift, it had to go back for the appraisal and wait almost another month for it. All is well now, and I would use their services again.
