Fair. It took a long time because they're based out of Eastern Marilyn. They serviced this area but it was several weeks before the job was completed. I have oriental carpets and I was pleased with the condition they were returned. They came when they said they were coming.

Very pleased with this!  Put on plastic booties before stepping inside my house. Came out promptly. I was able to use a coupon for one of my rooms.

Chem Dry on the Shore absolutely saved the day. This technician arrived on time to tackle a set of offensive stains on our silk-upholstered dining chairs and silk sofa that had brought my wife to tears. She couldn't bear to look at the recent stains and odor of the pieces that would frame our living and dining rooms. We anticipated there would be some improvement but that residual stains would remain due to the fragility of silk fabric. The result we found this morning after the fabric had dried is a total surprise. The chairs are like new with no signs of the earlier stains or discoloration. The sofa looks fresh and clean. The process and skill have made our problem vanish. The condition of these pieces had depressed the mood in our home so it became hard to imagine enjoying the living and dining rooms using furniture in such poor condition. The pieces that we had custom-made some years ago and carted around the world had sentimental value from our travels. The potential cost to restore them probably too high to bear. The recovery Chem Dry on the Shore effected for a minor cost has lifted our spirits completely.

The carpets look like new and the chairs are fresh and clean.  Their price is a bit higher than other cleaners, but you get what you pay for -- a really great job.

Chem-Dry On The Shore was very, very good. They did not try to sell a bunch of other stuff when they got here. I've had other companies before that once they got here, they try to add on cleaning everything else. There are two Chem-dry in the area and one of them was advertising discounts and they had coupons in one of the local magazine and this one gave me the other one's discount and they are not affiliated other than they are both Chem-dry. There was an upholstery they steamed and the cushions were still damped and they put them back and so I had to discover that they were still damp. I've had the service done with much more money before.

They are the best I have ever used.  Their prices were very reasonable, and I will use them again.

Everything went well as usual.  They always do thorough cleanings, and the carpet dries much more quickly using their method.

They did a lousy job and kept trying to increase their fees.  Ultimately, I had to throw them out of my house.

I have been using their services on numerous occasions, and I never have any problems.  They are prompt and call ahead of their arrival which I appreciate, and they always follow up to make sure that I am happy with their services.  Another benefit is that that they provide a 50% discount after a certain number of visits to the house.
