My husband had to make contact to remind them of the verbal agreement and only then did they make an adjustment and it was still more than the verbal agreement.

OK. We are very happy with the quality of the installation. The crew was very nice and considerate while working in our living area. The only problem was that they forgot to clean up after themselves at the end of the day. Left a lot of sawdust in the attic and garage. And they moved a lot of things to gain access in the attic and garage, and never moved them back. We didn't see this until after they left. It took us almost two hours to clean everything up and move everything back where it went. Ryan, the owner, was quite unhappy to learn this. He offered to come back and do the clean up, but we would have had to tell him where everything went, so we graciously declined. Ryan gave us a discount to make up for it. He is an upstanding young man and we think the world of him.
