He initially installed the wrong equipment (a significantly less
expensive/quality than what was ordered). It took him six months to
install the right system after this. When the new system was installed
in April 2015, the motor bearings started making noise. It took him
four weeks to answer a service call even though I called twice per week
and multiple times they said they would be there that day. He finally
ordered a new motor and said he would return the next day to install
same. Now, four weeks later I've heard nothing but I call every day.
He won't answer his phone or return calls. I would never work with this
firm again. This firm would be a joke if it I had not spend $20k with
