Garner Exteriors is a full service design/build firm that serves the Washington Metropolitan/Southern Maryland area. We provide services for both residential and commercial accounts. We offer grounds maintenance (mowing, lawn fertilizations, leaf removal, aerating and much more), landscaping including hardscapes, pools, water features retaining walls, drainage solutions, outdoor kitchens, outdoor pavillions, exteriors holiday decorating, irrigation, landscape low voltage lighting and snow removal. Steve Garner worked with various constituencies to make sure the project went smoothly. Because of the unique aspects of the severe hillside, coupled with government requirements to be met within the protected waterfront location, various challenges arose as the project went forward. Steve and the crew were incredibly flexible in finding solutions to each challenge.
The completed project is not only beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but has been incredibly helpful in stemming erosion problems. Many neighbors have complimented the design and finished project. One neighbor was impressed significantly enough to engage Garner to complete a project on his property.
Overall, excellent work and service. Highly recommended.
