We were able to support a local business. Dean and Michelle were fabulous from start to finish in assisting my elder parents in getting their flat roof with skylight replaced. He came out took photos, provided his assessment, a detailed estimate and timeline of completion within 24 hours of us putting the request on Angie's List. The roof and skylight were replaced within a week. He provided after pictures as well. I don't see how to provide the before and after photos but we definitely recommend Weather Seal!

LeafGuard improperly installed gutters on my mother’s house in 2008, but my mother thought that the problem was with the roof, so she called Weather Seal Home Services and they came in and put in a second layer of shingles on the roof on the back part of the house this May. Afterwards, my mom told me about it, so I came and took a look and saw that the gutters was what was creating the problem. I called USAA and they have replaced the gutters, but the roof that was put on is now holding water. We had rain this week and there is spot on the roof that holds water roughly two feet from the edge of the roof. I’ve called Weather Seal Home Services multiples times both yesterday and today, probably about 25 times altogether, and they have not responded to me. My mother is 91 years old and I firmly believe they did a shotty job because they were dealing with and taking advantage of seniors. There are also still nails around the yard and a pack and a half of shingles sitting along the fence so they did not clean up after themselves. Also, my insurance company came by and looked at the shingles and they measured the thickness to confirm if they were 25 year shingles and the inspector told me they are 20 year shingles.
