Before putting our house on the market to sell, we replaced the carpeting (not the padding). Our realtor recommended Warehouse Tile and Carpet. The sales associate was able to give us a free estimate on the first available business day that worked for us (he would have come sooner but we were not available). Once we received a quote, we called a couple other places to compare, and the price was the same. This made us feel comfortable that the price was fair. They were ready to install quicker than we were ready for them! It took a week for install from estimate date only because we weren't available sooner (but they were). On installation day, the workers arrived and got right to work. They estimated that it would take 3 to 3 and 1/2 hours. I left the house and they called me in under 3 hours to tell me it was done! They locked the door on the way out and charged the credit card I had on file. Couldn't have been easier. Install was done perfectly. I have no complaints and will use them again if we need to.

On time, cheapest price, knowledgeable people, on time, and the carpet is tight, lays on the ground, no visible seams, and you can walk all over it.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. The owner John came out to my house for the estimate. He gave me several options and was very professional. He called me with the estimate the same afternoon!! He also invited me to visit his warehouse to see the floor all laid out so I could get a better idea what it would look like. The installers arrived promptly at 8 am everyday and were very professional. It was a tough install job that ended up taking 4 days instead of 2. I was impressed with the results and the installer John was great. Very good service and I would hire them again.

It went well. They were very nice and attentive. They were very good.

They showed up on time. Two workers started clearing out things immediately and taking up the old carpet and installing the new. They finished in approximately 4 hours. The carpet looks and feels great. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they moved several of my clothes from the closet and didn't put them back. They were laying over the toilet in my bathroom. It took me awhile to put them back. Overall, they did a very nice job and would recommend them.
