They are responsive and friendly. When they do the job, the job is done. The waiting room is clean and it has coffee, doughnuts, and TV.

AS USUAL THE SERVICE WAS PUNCTUAL AND THOROUGH. JOHN, MY SERVICE MANAGER TAKES SPECIAL CARE OF BOTH OF MY CARS. I BELIEVE HE IS THE BIG PART OF THE QUALITY, FRIENDLINESS AND PERSONAL CARE I RECEIVE. THOMPSON HYUNDAI IS A DEALER, SO THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT THEY HAVE KEPT MY CARS IN GREAT SHAPE AND I NEVER HAVE HAD TO WORRY THAT THE WORK WOULD BE DONE RIGHT. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT 14 YEARS AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR A GREAT SET OF MECHANICS. THEY OFFER LOTS OF COUPONS AND WILL EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS ONE TO BENEFIT YOU AND THEN THEY APPLY IT. I WOULD RATE THEM A STRONG DO USE. NEVER HAVE HAD TO WORRY THAT THE WORK WOULD BE DONE RIGHT, THE FIRST TIME.

GREAT. WORK WAS PERFORMED EXPEDITIOUSLY. MY WIFE NEEDS THIS CAR FOR WORK AND DRIVES LONG DISTANCES ( AND SHE'S H****** ON A CAR, I HOPE SHE DOESN'T SEE THIS. WE GOT THE CAR BACK QUICKLY AND I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR, CONSIDERING THE TIMING BELT ISSUE.

Brought my car in for a repair, asked to have an estimate before any work be done on it. They called with an estimate for $3600 - looked much deeper than what I had brought the car in for. I told them that I did not authorize the repair and I would come in and get my car - the car is only worth about $1200. When I picked up the car they told me it would be $132.00. I asked what that was for and was told they charge $99 for an estimate - no one had told me that when I dropped the car off. When I looked at the bill they had also charged me for an oil change and to fix my rear defrost - even though I had not authorized any work. I sent in a complaint to the company and they never responded. I brought my car to another repair facility who did the work I needed for $448. I will never go to Thompson for anything again.

They do everything, and I like them better than trying to find a regular mechanic. They take good care of me. Sometimes, the work is covered under warranty; it depends on which vehicle I take in there. I would definitely use them again in the future.
