Mr. Mason (no relation) was very knowledgeable about the equipment, pleasant, and helpful. He arrived on time for the sales appointment and came with the installers to begin the work. He introduced all the workers to me. The work was done efficiently and politely. I had to have this installation done after being ripped off by a different contractor, so I have to say I learned that a lower-priced job quote doesn't always work out positively.
