It was a wheel bearing. They were quick to diagnose and quick to fix. This company came highly recommended from a friend and my family has now used them a couple times and been very happy with the service and prices.

I love both the auto body shop and repair shop. They have the kindest people working there. Their prices are accurate. You pay for only what you need and there is no pressure to do the extras. I had a rattling sound underneath my car a couple years ago and they could have said you need this or that. But they made a small adjustment and didn't charge me a thing. Last month they got me in for an oil leak the same day, even though they were busy and again only a small repair and a great price! I heard great things about this place, so when my car was in an accident I took a chance taking it there. BIG MISTAKE.  When I made the appointment I advised the estimator that there is a problem with the tire and/or front end. She advised me no problem if there is an amendment to my insurance companies estimate they will contact them. I advised if it is not covered, I will pay to have the repairs. My husband dropped off the car and had the same conversation.? If there is an amendment to my insurance companies estimate they will contact them. I advised if it is not covered, I will pay to have the repairs and we would be advised of such. When we picked up the car, they advised us they on fixed what was on the estimate. 2 conversations and they did not even investigate the problem.  They advised me to take it to my mechanic, I do not have one, and I was hoping to build a relationship with your company.  Then a basic Sorry.  I took my car to another mechanic who told me the strut was broken, the insurance company is fixing it. So my 3 cars and my families will never be customers of this establishment.  The 3 people that recommended Royal, were appalled.

We have been looking for an honest mechanic in the area for awhile. My wife's check engine light came on, though there was no evidence of the specific problem. We found Royal on Angie's list. When she went in, they were able look at her car within 30 minutes even without an appointment. They gave her two estimates, one for a Honda part (oxygen sensor) and one for an equivalent part from the manufacturer of Honda parts but that was more than $100 less. They explained that it would be just as good, and after doing some research online, we saw that their price was about $100 less than what dealers would charge. We appreciated that. They had the repair done in about an hour, and the repair appears successful.

Put it on the lift and checked the Left front CV axel leaking, noticed heat shield was loose and resecured, Found the battery leaking and replaced. /they got me in the next day when I called about my suspicions and got me out the same day.

I would recommend them. They do good work and are trustworthy. The people there are very nice.

Royal Auto is an honest caring garage, I have used Royal from simple oil changes to major repairs....nothing is done to the car until Calvin calls and explains. There are no surprises when you get the bill. The work is done right and clean. Jackie at the front desk is also helpful and concern about the customer not as a number but as a person. I would recommend Royal Auto for any auto work. Not a fancy big glass front garage just a simple, honest and good garage.

I received an estimate from the manufacturer for over $2,000 to repair the AC on my vehicle. I heard that Royal Auto Service was an honest shop and provides good auto service and repair at a fair price. Everything I heard about them is true. Good customer service from Jackie at the front counter to honesty and a reliable repair for my vehicle from Calvin Farrell the owner. I recommend everyone use this shop. You will get good customer service, and an honest repair at a fair price.
