I think that they are a little expensive but at the same time they are dealers so they get the work done on time.

I recently moved from out of state and needed to find a new dealer to service my vehicle which was a tall order because I loved my last dealer service department. I made an 8 am appointment and was in and out of the service department at precisely the time they quoted and paid less than I expected. I can't say enough about how polite and courteous everyone was and I will definitely be brining my car there for service in the future.

Other people recommended to me that their service department is good. The service manager is good.

Initially the salesman was very friendly and helpful, took me for a couple of test drives in a couple of models, answered all my questions. But come negotiation time, he seriously hardballed me on the price, did not want to budge at all. I got him down by $200, but at the end, he tried to tack on a $200 processing fee that hadn't been mentioned at all. I said whatever, and proceeded, since I liked the vehicle. When we went to do the paperwork, he was really impatient about the fact that I wanted to actually READ what I was signing, and tried to get me to sign the forms before everything was completed. I simply wasn't having any of that.

I've had good experiences with Norris Honda service. They are professional and hard-working. I feel like I can trust the receptionists and they don't pressure me to do things just to do them. As is the case with most car dealerships, their prices for things like replacing power steering fluid is too high. With my recent visit, I politiely said no to the fluid replacement and they were fine with that. My neighbor and I are going to do it for much cheaper.

I had taken my car to another dealer 4 times and they were never able to fix it even though they kept my car for days. Ed, at Norris Honda, knew how to fix it right away. He kept my car for two days and when I got it back it was as good as new! Also Donna, at the front desk was very pleasant and great to deal with. I am so thankful that they finally fixed my car before it went out of warranty! Will definitely go there first next time!

Norris Honda had the best price on making my new key. This is such a nice place. It has a warm environment with coffee, TV, magazines and a place for kids to play where you can see them but not have to hear them. The customer service here is excellent and they make you feel important.
