In September, 2009, I found water in the basement ; more roots. Another break? According to the plumber who was their at the first repair, this one was 7 feet (which would put it under the steps of the front porch. Which matches their original estimate. It is my belief that this is the same break and they took the easy way out the first time. I asked them about the liners that are being used to prevent digging up the whole sewer line. I was told, "they didn't use these liners" jThey offered no resolution and left me with the impression that I now have to hire another plumber, go through all the inconvenience of having my front torn up as well as losing the steps to the porch. I am happy that the first report had a good experience. I however, did not. At the first repair, they disconnected my neighbors' sewer line. They paid for that. But it only goes to show that if they think they can get away with it, they will try. When the landlord next door repaired his sewer line, they had to dig up my side as well since the connection is on my sided (the houses are connected). The concrete used to resurface the front walk did not match the remaining block in front of my home. When I commented, they painted the squares grey. He hadn't used professionals to do the work. He also did not get my permission to dig up my side of the property. That's another story. Hiring City employees working out of their field.

They did a great job and accurately and quickly found the problem. They were prompt and were very helpful with the problem I was having. I will use them again in the future.
