Description of Work: John t/a Irish Contracting Co was to build a custom walk-in closet for my friend with high quality materials. The contract price was $2500.00 and she paid them $1640.00 to get them started. They were sloppy, didn't know what they were doing, didn't follow her measurement requirements, used inferior products, scraped wallpaper off the walls in her house and stained the carpeting. The drawers have fallen apart and the wall hanging area has ripped off of the wall. The wood was so scratchy that it has ripped some of her clothes. They didn't buy all of the materials and shehad to buy them herself. They walked off the job and did not complete the project.
