DIAMONDPOINT CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

This company is run by a very nice guy named Tony who does his own work alone or with one other person. He is pleasant, punctual, reliable, and efficient. He always returns our calls within a day (we have used him for 5 or 6 years now) and can frequently schedule the service within a few days. He is quite thorough and cleans using a truck-mounted system, which in our experience is much more effective than the portable steam-cleaning devices. He is very careful to put little plastic covers under the edge of every piece of wooden-legged furniture to protect it from the moisture in the carpet. He will quote you a price over the phone based upon the number of rooms, stairwells, hallways, and pieces of furniture, and has always honored that price to us with no haggling or anything when he arrives. We have been very pleased with his service and recommend him to everyone we know.

Great!! I would for sure use them again! What i was very happy about was the fact they did not try any of that low balling the price then trying to add services when they get to the house. i had another company who did that and it horrible. diamond point is a breath of fresh air in this business. they did exactly what they said they would and did not try to scam me.
