+ -1 moreWE SIGNED THE CONTRACT ON 7/22/06, AND GAVE THEM A DOWN PAYMENT OF $20,000. WE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT ON 7/31/06, AND NO WORK WAS DONE UP TO THAT POINT BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO START THE WORK ON 8/22/06. THEY GAVE US $9337 BACK, AND STILL HAVE $10,663. WE'VE SENT LETTERS AND TRIED CALLING THEM MANY TIMES AND THEY WON'T RESPOND OR GIVE US A FULL REFUND BECAUSE THEY KEEP SAYING THEY CAN HOLD OUR MONEY (UP TO 25% OF THE CONTRACT COST). WE WOULDN'T SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY OR USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM TO DO 3-STORY ROOM ADDITION FOR ME.
