Our homeowners association has a contract with him to do all of the homes in our neighborhood. They cut the grass on the front and back sides. They make the edges nice along the sidewalks and use the blowers to blow anything away. They come and get it done within an hour and half. It's eleven homes total. We have been dealing business with them for four to five years. They are consistent. The homes in our neighborhood are stand alone homes. The lawns are fairly close to the structures and periodically their equipment strikes the corners and edges of the houses that has caused some damage. When we do have a complaint, they are right on top of it.
