Problem had been mis-diagnosed by another contractor who recommended an expensive but questionable re-piping job. Called Bill's. They came out, checked operating pressure (OK), and diagnosed the problem as a failing pressure relief valve. Didn't have the valve with them but came back in a few days and installed it, checked everything out, and the leak had stopped. Showed me the old valve and I could see where it was corroded, allowing water to leak. Two technicians who came seemed very knowledgeable and experienced.

He's always honest. When my old one was about to wear out he didn't charge me for the last service because he knew he had more business coming soon when I would have to purchase a new one. I have used him for 10 years. I've recommended him to about 3 or 4 different people.

After showing up and doing an inspection, this company tried to add on charges to my bill. The reasons they gave me were completely invalid. After speaking to the owner, he still wouldn't admit that they were wrong. They did take the extra charges off of the bill. Afterwards, they sent me a receipt that stated ''Do not service in the future.''
