 + 0 moreGreat experience. I recently had glass replacement work at the dundalk location. I spoke with annie D(customer service specialist) who was not only very professional but also very knowledgeable about glass service and insurance policies. I recently had surgery and was unable to search for a store of my choice instead of going with the insurance companies choice. Once able I did my research and found automotive concepts. Trevor the technician was awesome, did an outstanding job, and was very professional. He fixed a problem that had I gone through the insurance company, they would have charged extra money for and it wouldn't have solved the problem. These two were very honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them if your looking for quality work and great prices.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE MY CAR IN ON THE SAME DAY AND REMOVE THE OLD WINDSHIELD AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE. THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS. I DROPPED OFF THE CAR AND PICKED IT UP THE SAME DAY.
Description of Work: I HAD A CRACKED WINDSHIELD IN MY CAR THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED QUICKLY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE ME RIGHT AWAY.
