Great experience. I recently had glass replacement work at the dundalk location. I spoke with annie D(customer service specialist) who was not only very professional but also very knowledgeable about glass service and insurance policies. I recently had surgery and was unable to search for a store of my choice instead of going with the insurance companies choice. Once able I did my research and found automotive concepts. Trevor the technician was awesome, did an outstanding job, and was very professional. He fixed a problem that had I gone through the insurance company, they would have charged extra money for and it wouldn't have solved the problem. These two were very honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them if your looking for quality work and great prices.

Good experience. Price quoted was the best quote I got and included tax. They came when they said they would, and performed the work in half an hour.

THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE MY CAR IN ON THE SAME DAY AND REMOVE THE OLD WINDSHIELD AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE. THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS. I DROPPED OFF THE CAR AND PICKED IT UP THE SAME DAY.
