 + -1 moreAmbiente sales person, Doug, introduced us to several flooring materials, provided information and answered questions re. each, ordered our selected material, quoted an approximate date of material's arrival, and notified us when it was in the warehouse and ready for pick-up by our installer. Contact was aalways available for questions and up-dates. Material arrived as scheduled. Showroom was pleasant and presented flooring materials well. Gem Floors installed the flooring.
Description of Work: Advised, ordered, and provided bamboo flooring for entry hall, living/dining room, and master bedroom of upscale condo in Annapolis, MD
