Plumbing
When I bought my house, I was told not to worry about shutting the water off to the outside faucet; it was equipped to prevent freezing. This turned out to be false. The pipe burst next to the wall. The plumber arrived on time and replaced the split section of the pipe. He also installed a shut off valve near the section for easier shut off. I also asked him to replace the shower drain that was not up to code. He was very accommodating. A section in the closet ceiling had to be cut out. The pipe was removed and replaced. I now have a drop ceiling in the closet to have easier access to the pipes. The plumber was friendly, efficient, and left the area spotless.
