Orkin - Forestville

Called Orkin because i saw mice.  He came out Saturday (2/2) and put sticky traps all around the house.  (I already had sticky traps down.)  Did not put any poison down.  Did not go under cabinets.  Said I should see results in a day or two. Told me to call for them to come back in a few days to check the traps.  Gave me a contract for $507 with payments of $84. I called Monday (2/4) to cancel contract - you must cancel within 3 business days.  Told customer service rep #1 I was not satisfied and to cancel the contract. Rep #1 apologized and told me contract was cancelled.  Said I would not be charged since I was not satisfied.  Checked my account on Tuesday (2/5) and there was a $84 charge.  Called customer service again.  Rep #2 said he couldn't find my file and he was getting ready to leave for the day.  He would check with other reps when he came back the next morning.  Spoke to rep #3 2/6 to see if file had been found.   Checked my account and there were two charges - $84 and $134. Rep #3 said I was charged $134 for service - he put traps down so that's considered a service.  Said she would cancel the $134 charge but charge me $84 since I told rep #1 on 2/4 that paperwork said $84.  Will call again on 2/7 to speak with a manager to see why rep #1 said I wouldn't be charged but rep #3 said I would be charged.  Will NEVER use Orkin again and will NEVE recommend them to anyone.

Everything is going just fine and they provide adequate service.

I’ve been pleased with them.  I have not tried any of their new services. I only have their termite control contract.  The service people are very polite and cordial.
