Mr. Howell was always very nice and honest about whether the equipment should be repaired or replaced, based upon cost of parts/labor versus a new installation. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others.

He got here right away and did a heck of a job and was very friendly. He was great and real receptive of my situation. He is somebody you want to recommend. I would definitely use him again. No question about it.

THEY CAME AND TOOK THE UNIT AWAY TO FIX. THEY KEPT IT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, WHEN I DID FINALLY GET BACK TO ME IT WASN'T FIXED AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE.
