The workers are great, the ones we've had so far. Punctuality, they usually give me like a block of time, and thats usually fine. The only think that I would probably change is their, I would say, -let me see if I can think of the word to say - There ability to go the extra mile for certain things, like I would have them go into my crawl space to spray for the ants, and I have to have them come by at least two times. I would have hoped they would have suggested that, instead of me having to call them and suggest that. I mean, after seeing the problem and seeing where the ants are coming from, they just kind of sprayed the area but where kind of investigating they were assuming, okay they were coming from the crawl space, I was hoping they would say hey lets go in the crawl space and do this, I was the one that had to say that "go into the crawl space and spray.

I like their persistence. I have been with them a long time. The quality of work really depends on the technician I get. When I started with them I had a girl who was fabulous; she worked according to my schedule, so she would be here at the house at 6 or 6:30 in the morning so I wouldn't have to take time off from work to meet them, but then she went someplace else and then it got to be crazy and now I have settled in to this present guy. He is punctual, he is really good, and he said he was starting his own business. I think they are pricey. I am actually thinking of changing to someone else.

.They do a really good job we have no termites. We are happy with their work their prices are pretty fair. We will keep using them.

They are a really good company. We don't have any bugs so it works.

They had to drill down into the basement floor originally to put the treatment down, and now they come back once a year to inspect. They also have advice for keeping termites away. They do a terrific job.
