Description of Work: The owner just opened a new center in Clinton MD so I decided to get my windows tinted on my brand new car. As the owner staff was tinting my windows they was resting the heat gun on the top of my car roof causing harsh warping to the roof of my car on all four corners and sunroof. After a bought this up to the owners’ attention and told him I witness the damage on HIS camera system the owner did not want to take responsibly for the damage his staff cause and refused to cooperate and show the monitor video that is installed in his store. I had to get the police involved and I also reported him and his behavior to the BBB. The issue occurred on Nov 06 2015 at the new Clinton MD location.
