"I will attempt to keep this brief too. I personally handled this matter because I knew where it was headed. My maids spent 2 hours and 20 minutes cleaning this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment the first time and another 2 hours when I sent them back to reclean. They took plenty of pictures before and after. We did not cause any damage and we did an excellent job. I personally replied to all 16 of the e-mails that I got from this client (some were quite lengthy), because I didn't want them to have the opportunity to say that I ignored them or didn't care about my customers. I stand by this job, my maids and my customer service 100%."

"Our policy at Two Maids is to make sure that our clients are happy. We will come back and reclean for free if the client is unhappy in any way. However, in order to fix a problem we need to be aware of a problem. In this instance Mr. [Member Name Removed] didn't let us know there was a problem until six weeks after we cleaned his place. It was never my opinion that it was Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s fault that the cleaning was not done properly. My discussion with him was that if he would have contacted us sooner we could have come back to address the issues that he had. We never like to leave any client unhappy."
