I thought the floor needed some extra screws but he figured it out that it was the floor had no support beam. He inserted wedges underneath the wall and you can't even tell he was there and the rooms no longer squeek. He did extra work than he quoted and even charged me less in the end. He showed up on time and cleaned up very well. He was very professional and is a very nice guy.
