Auto Towing Service
Robert M was dispatched for this call. He called to notify me when he would be arriving and arrived as stated. When he got there, he was extremely helpful and professional. He attempted to get the car started and, when he was unable to do so, was extremely efficient at getting the car secured to the tow truck and to the service center. I followed behind him to the service center and he even dodged the potholes enroute. Price here is 0.00 and N/A as it was covered by AAA. Total time from calling AAA to arriving at the service center was under 60 minutes!

Auto Towing Service
A completely destroyed tire occured to us on midngiht saturday night on 355 in a creepy unlit part of the road. The tire had blow out, completely. The car could have flipped over if we were going any faster. We called to have a flat changed, we did not have to wait long,and Eric came out. We were on the side of the road. He found us no problem. He made us feel very comfortable and he had us on the road in just a couple minutes. It was great! thanks!!

My husband called me and asked me to call for a tow truck. Our son's car broke down while traveling southbound on I-270. Immediately went on line to Angie's list and based on reviews and proximity chose this company. I texted the information to my husband who then called and gave his location, etc. He was told someone would be there within 20 minutes - they were there in 10.
As they were broken down on the busier side of the road I was very grateful.
David Dunn showed up in an impressive truck (amazing paint job and lots of chrome). He took care of my son's beat up 2004 Ford Focus as if it were as tricked out and special as his own truck. He had my son and husband wait in safety in the warm cab while he quickly hooked up the car. The Ford was in our driveway in a flash.
I told him how surprised I was at how quickly he was there. Turns out he is a volunteer fireman and he said he does everything he can to get folks off the highway safely so his buddies don't have to show up.
We have to fit 4 cars in our driveway - David re-situated the car so that we could still fit all 4. How he did it without coming close to our Junipers is beyond me. He smiled, winked and said he had to take care of the chrome -
If your car is worth 1,000 or 100,000 - these are the folks I would call.

Generally happy with the service. Driver was on time, took a quick look at the car and suggested what might be wrong. I decided to have the car towed to my mechanic anyway to avoid the possibility of having to wait for another tow if I ran into a problem on the road. AAA asked that I follow the tow truck if possible. Said they like to turn the car over to the owner at the requested destination. I had access to another car, so planned to follow close behind. But the driver absolutely flew down the road, more than 10mph over the posted speed limit. So I could not keep up with him throughout the journey. Fortunately, he got stopped at a few lights and behind slower traffic, so I was eventually able to catch up. The car was successfully delivered to my mechanic as requested.

My husband's car broke down this morning on the way to work. It was 32 degrees outside and he didn't have very warm clothes on. I chose Morton's because they are well rated on Angie's List. Sure enough, Jerry arrived in the 30 minutes the company quoted, and he had my husband and his carpool partner sit in the truck for safety and to get warm. He dropped off the carpool partner at his house, then towed our car up to our mechanic in Urbana. Jerry was very congenial and professional. My husband was pleased with the service.

I called the company and the person said someone would arrive w/i 30 minutes. I believe w/i 10 to 15 minutes the person arrived. He was very professional, talked me through everything he was doing or going to do. I followed the truck to the dealer and the car was dropped off. The entire experience was fantastic. It wonderful to have this type of customer service because it is becoming hard to find.
