The owner, Navid, responded to our request immediately and came to diagnose and fix the issue on the weekend. He fixed the problem at the first visit. He also went back to check the air conditioner a couple weeks later to make sure no further issues. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. He not only fixed the problem but also helped us understanding the problem and what he did to resolve it. We highly recommend him.

In my 25 years as a homeowner, Forced Air Systems was the most unprofessional contractor I have had in my home. They used unorthodox diagnostic techniques. The technician was condescending and dismissive and he spoke ill of another HVAC company and the former homeowner. The two installers talked on the phone and to each other which probably extended the job by several hours. The system they installed is louder than the 12 year old one they replaced. But worst of all, I found my belongings strewn in the back yard. When asked, they said it had been in the way. For these reasons, I would not recommend Forced Air Systems to anyone.
