About us
F&R has been serving Montgomery County for 28 years. Owned and operated by John Ross a West Point graduate and retired Lt Colonel from the United States Army Corp of Engineers. John's son, Andrew, holds an associates degree in construction management, and worked with John his entire life. F&R's current crew has been together for almost a decade. We have completed projects small and large. We have added and entire second story to a home, garages, additions, decks, screened porches, to just cleaning someones gutters. With in house design, we can design and build your project. Some companies will subcontract an architect and build themselves, or even subcontract just about every step in the building process. We do everything, subcontracting only your mechanical, electrical and plumbing (as required by state law). By doing everything ourselves we save you time and money because your designer is also you builder, who is also your roofer, floor man and everyone in between. We are licensed and insured MHIC 23172
