Fantastic. They repaired my car making it look the way it did before the accident. They provided shuttle service to a car rental place they day I dropped off my car.

It took them five tries. I got uppity and got on the phone to get the Toyota guy to show you what to do. The original technician got there and he diagnosed it, and replaced it. They are the closest Toyota dealer. I do it more of convenience, not because I really want to.

Being skeptical, I took my car ot McDonald Auto Body in Hyattsville Maryland. McDonald determined that there was no internal damage and it was just a matter of assembling the parts correctly. The mirror was done in 10 minutes. I paid $10. It functions perfectly.
I called Lexus of Silver Spring to inform them of this major discrepancy. I was supposed to get a call back with an explanation. To date, I have not heard back.

Mike Colucci the service adviser was prompt, thorough and friendly assessing the damage and preparing the estimate. This was an insurance claim and they handled all the paperwork. The repairs were completed on time and well done. They even touched up several other dings on other parts of the car. When a minor problem turned up later, a window seal was slightly out of alignment, they quickly fixed it no questions asked with a new seal.
