I called CBS for mold remediation. There had been a slow leak from an upstairs unit and gone on unnoticed for a little while. I called and spoke to Keith Nachenicky to arrange an ispection and get an estimate. It may have been the panic in my voice, however Mr Nachenicky explained he was already booked for the day however could fit me in at the end which I was greatful for. Because this is the first time I have ever dealt with anything like this I had a million and one questions and this felt very overwhelming. Mr Nachenicky explained the complete process to me and assured me this was not a catastophe and they could handle this. He explained why and how this had occured and why it could have missed. There were actually two leaks from upstairs which had saturated both sides of my bathroom and an ajoining closet. This would call for a complete gutting with the expection of the toilet (which I also received from 3 other companies) He was very professional explaining why each item would have to be removed and why. The ONLY reason I did not choose Certified Building Services was because of the time line of starting the job. Because there was mold involded I wanted to start as soon as possible and the earliest they could fit me in was a week and a half out. Which isn't a long time however with children in the unit this needed to be done asap. I would refer them in a minute!
