Great. I've been going to Best Auto Repair since 2009, when I needed an engine replacement for my XC90. Since then, James Ke has been a source of information and advice when I've had to figure out what to do with my vehicles. I find him to be honest, reliable, available, and not in the business of emptying my wallet. I'd recommend him to anyone who wants to go to an independent mechanic.

The owner is nice, the technician is fine. I think the charge is fair.

He is good and the prices are very reasonable. He is very honest.

Best Auto Repair and Svc Inc are very knowledgeable and I have had a good experience. He came recommended and he is reasonably priced. The quality of the work is good.

The owner and technicians are friendly to me and my wife. They provided honest estimate of service need. For example, during every oil change, we asked if the brake pad needed to be replaced. They checked and let us know it is not needed yet. in another instance, they told us the drive belts show sign of significant degradation and show us exactly what/where is the condition. They also suggested us in the future to change the timing belt but the need is not immediate. This is what we like. Friendly reminder but not pushing for more service. BEST AUTO REPAIR and SVC INC is referred to us by my collegues who also received excellent service from them.
