They came on time. The service rep name Gary is personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the front and the also replace the bulbs in the garage unit. Also spoke to me about the potential issues that may develop in the future.

I have used Benson Garage Door in the past and they do wonderful work. The employees know exactly what they are doing, are always friendly, will answer all my questions and are very patient. The costs for each repair or installation of new equipment was very reasonable. Our garage door would not open and it turned out the motor needed to be replaced as it was 24 years old. The new motor is so quiet we barely hear it. I would not hire anyone else to repair or replace our garage doors. I highly recommend this company.

i was referred to benson through work and decided to hire them bc impressed that they had received 83/84 "A" reviews on angie's list. overall i appreciated professionalism during what turned out to be half-hour flat fee tuneup (lube, tightening spring, even sprucing up garage door opener button). no additional attempted upsell for replacement parts (beyond unnecessarily measuring door dimensions). appreciated learning a little about door maintenance. company may take a few hours to respond to phone call and rescheduled first attempted visit only 20 min after trying to reconfirm that afternoon (after i had called office to let them know i had come home to wait for them/etc). but overall worth the wait for pleasant nonemergent visit.

Even though the garage door style was not something they had a speciality in replacing or repairing, they were skilled enough to make the repairs. Outstanding customer service!!!

E verything went perfect and it was done quickly

Ed came out to provide an estimate for a new door after my tension spring broke and cracked my old two-car garage door. Ed took his time explaining the differences between the brands they offered--he knew his stuff, so I trusted his opinion. He also didn't try to up-sell me with extras, like a new opener (unlike another company who pushed a new opener as an add-on). To top everything off, Ed spent 45 minutes clamping my broken springs so I could use my door until it was able to be replaced. And he did that without any indication from me that I was going to use Benson to complete the work. The installation of the new door went just as smoothly and the two installers took care of the work quickly and professionally. They hauled the old one away and cleaned up behind themselves. All in all, the new door looks great and is much better quality the builder-grade door we replaced.

They’re also coming back this Wednesday to replace a spring that broke. They're coming back and they're just going to replace all the ones because they are 13 years old or something. They’re all “A’s” and excellent. We've been using them forever. It has been excellent. In fact, I have recommended them to my son-in law and they did his garage doors.

Smoothly and quickly.

A++ customer experience. I called at around 8am and Paul was at my house by 8:45 to examine a spring that had come out of alignment. Paul quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and while he was here completely inspected and tuned up both of my garage doors, including replacing all pulleys and a damaged weather strip. Price was very reasonable for the services provided.

Benson provided exceptional service. I am thrilled with the new door and with the entire process of getting it installed. The paneling on the door Benson provided is a better match for the house than the original door because Benson matched the width of the house panels' grooves exactly, The door has more insulation than the standard doors that the larger companies provide. Also, when my painter could not get the required two coats of paint on the door before it was installed, I did not call Benson to advise them to reschedule the installation, as I thought that the painter could put the second coat on after the door was installed. When Benson arrived for the installation, the owner pointed out the difficulties presented by that course of action and offered to come back another day after the second coat was completed, with no additional charge. Service can't get any better than that.

We had to get our broken and rotting garage doors replaced and found Benson to be great to work with. They arrived on time and were very professional.

To install the doors, they were prompt and did a great job.  Their price was about the same or a little less than others, but their recommendations were so great, we selected them.  It was worth it. they showed up on time for the estimate and the installation.  They made sure we know the features of the garage doors before they left.

4 months later, we caused the spring to jump off the tract and the garage door wouldn't close.  We called for help on Saturday and they came out the same day.

We are so pleased with the doors and their service.
