The job was not an emergency, but they came next day- pleasant person. One handle (on the old door) required extra work and parts, but there was no extra charge for the extra labor, just the parts. It was a positive experience. Thank you, Angie's List!

BALDINOS WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. WE CALLED THEM BECAUSE WE NEEDED THE LOCKS REPLACED QUICKLY DUE TO A SECURITY ISSUE. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND WORKED TO GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

THE GENTLEMAN CAME ABOUT ONE HALF HOUR LATER AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND A LITTLE MORE THAN AN HOUR LATER HE HAD THE OLD LOCK FIXED AND BACK IN THE DOOR.
