They came and said that our dryer needed to be lubricated. They took it apart and lubricated some of the internal parts, then reassembled it. They told us to call if there were other problems. We called them a few weeks later because the dryer was making the same noise. They took the back off the machine and lubricated and tighted some things. Then, they said it should be fine. In a day or two the same noise returned, and we called them back several times and they have never returned her calls.

Initial work on the washer was good, performed as requested. A part for the dryer was also needed, and was paid for and as of this date and many, many phone calls, no one has even responded. I would definitely not recommend them in the future, and it's too bad as they initially did well, but very poor responsiveness. Their message says that my call is important to them, but I don't guess it is.

They were able to come out the next day of my initial phone call. They were efficient and reasonably priced.

Serviceman showed up on time, performed the work and accepted a credit we had for a previous service visit that did not result in a repair.

It was quick and neat. He checked to make sure everything was working before he left, took away the old microwave and the packing materials.

Not much more to say.

Very acceptable. I especially liked how the phone was answered when I called; very professional.

ARC was very responsive and was able to schedule an appointment to replace the defective dishwasher parts the next day. The technician was prompt, professional, and efficient. I would definitely use ARC again in the future.
