Came the very next day after my initial call to diagnose problem. Came a second time to try a new circuit board first before replacing more expensive part, unfortunately problem continued. Immediately ordered parts and returned the same day the parts were delivered to him to install them. Fixed both problems and everything is great now. Part for dryer was $150 and total bill was $274. Part for washer was $25 and total bill for that was $71. Considering the price of the parts and him making three trips, I thought these bills were very reasonable. Very nice and accommodating to deal with. I would Highly recommend Shawn at Livingston Service.

I called Livingston about our gas stove ( oven ) not heating properly. I got his voice mail stating for me to leave name, telephone number, and a brief description of what the problem is. Shawn called back about 10 minutes later saying he had 1 other job to go to and he would be over to check out our stove after that. Within an hour of the first call he was here and had our stove repaired.

I got an e-mail from Angie's List about a big deal for this company to do a large appliance repair for $99.  Unfortunately, it was supposed to only be sent to members in Wicomico County but Shawn honored the deal and came to my house in Sussex County.  He showed up and knew what was wrong in five minutes.  He left to get a part and came back within the hour and my dryer was fixed.  Not only did he fix the dryer, he gave me a lesson in washers and dryers so I'll know what to look for when I do go to replace them in the future.  But I'm glad I chose to fix my dryer instead of replacing it!  I'm sure Shawn made no money doing this repair and I am grateful that he came out of his service area.  This shows his integrity and he is very knowledgable.  If you're in Wicomico County, give him a call!

This company called me right back. He came out the same day. Our washing machine make a horrible noise when going into the spin drive. He undid the drive and found a nail! He was great and even taught me a little about washing machines:)

My son called because his dryer was broken, and he and his wife both work.  I called a parts store to ask for a referral and they gave me Shawn's business name.  He was a blessing!  He called right away, showed up promptly, diagnosed a broken belt that had also ripped out a switch when it was revolving. quickly picked up the parts, and did a difficult repair in that the switch was located in an inaccessible location.  He was cleancut, decent, well-spoken, professional, explained everything as he progressed, cleaned up the entire area, and would not charge extra even though the dryer switch location took a longer amount of time and was most difficult to reach.  He was marvelous and the kind of responsible young man you want to encourage.  I have never left a review, but he truly deserves high praise.  I would give him my highest recommendation in all regards.  Excellent !!
