I wanted the table top and leaves to be refinished with the same stain color as originally applied. The table top came out fine -- right color and very smooth. The leaves, however, are just the opposite:
1) the stain on both leaves is very noticeably lighter than the table stain.
2) the leaves weren't sanded smooth. They have many small bumps; it feels like sanding dust landed on them and wasn't removed when the final finish went on.
The price was considerably less than other furniture refinishers that I contacted. Once again, you get what you pay for.
Changed my rating from C to D, because I just discovered that one of the leaves is splitting. It was perfect when I delivered it to H & H. I've had the table for over 20 years and there was no splitting whatsoever in all that time.Licensing
