+ -1 moreWe met with them at their offices and they do very good high quality work. I thought the quote that they gave was expensive. They did it on a time and material basis rather than a fixed price basis. We went with a contractor that was willing to have a fix price for much of the work.

+ 2 moreWe have a hundred year old house with some peculiarities that Nugent help turn into assets. The guys worked super hard and were very responsive the whole way through the project. We have heard so many stories about bad builders that we were a bit nervous about starting but Nugent was GREAT. They do excellent work for a fair price and have good ideas to help you make your project turn out even better than you hoped.
Description of Work: The team knocked down our old sagging porch and the "sleeping porch" above it. The rebuilt the porch and made two small rooms on the second floor into one decent sized one. They also restored the exterior to the original wood siding. The projects required lots of carpentry, electrical, duct work, etc.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful and I have no complaints. I've recommended them to other people. They were very attentive. If we didn't have the money for something, they told us how to do it cheaply and still make it look nice. They worked with us and they were really good.
