Excellent. I read up on what might cause weak water pressure with a well pump and came to the conclusion it was a damaged tank bladder. Brian came by to assess and came up with a much different (and less expensive) solution tand set a time with us to return. He showed up exactly on time, installed a new pressure switch and guage. Then he charged the tank (which had developed a low air volume) and calibrated the system to operate properly. The improved water pressure was immediate and he and his partner were out in 30 minutes. Brian could have simply taken my layman's guess about the problem and upsold me a more expensive solution. He did not. He is an honest and skilled professional.
