Description of Work: Brakes on a Ford Ranger. I took it back 3 times and had to take it somewhere else to have it repaired correctly. I haven't been back and will not go back again. I also talked to the owner and it didn't help at all.

Description of Work: The repair cost included the cost of 4 new tires, mounting and alignment. Also had oil changed (synthetic oil), brake pads replaced and rotors milled, as well as several fluids replaced. As always, they did an excellent job and my car was ready when they said it would be.

Description of Work: I have taken my vehicle to Town and Country many times. Once a repair was made but about a week later the problem reappeared. They not only got me back in right away, re-diagnosed and repaired the problem but also credited me for the previous work.

 + -1 moreThe oil change was fine. After the 15 point inspection, they called to say we needed most of the fluids in the car flushed and we needed the fuel filter changed. It would cost over $500. We looked in the owner's manual for the vehicle and it indicated the we still had life left in all the fluids. While the fuel filter may have needed changing, we did not trust them and left with only the oil change. A couple of months later we we took the vehicle to another service center and they did a complete inspection and did not recommend flushing any of the fluids, though they did recommend changing the fuel filter. My ratings for price, quality, etc. are based only on the oil change because that is the only service I paid for. My Overall Experience is based on the oil change and the bad recommendations.
