We often use Town and Country. They are very responsive and helpful.

They do all of my auto maintenance, upkeep and any repairs I need.The price could always be better. They do my oil change right away, it takes an hour. They go over priorities of what they feel is important and what to think about for the future. They can make the oil change faster!

Got us in on a timely basis and work was completed on time and with full explanation.

Service at Town and Country is always exceptional

I was told I had bad sludge deposits and a dry steering sump neither of which was true at all. I was lied to. Being under warranty, i was told they could do the work under the car's warranty but i took it to the dealer where I bought it for a second opinion. I was told there I had no sludge and the was no dry sump. They explained why in detail. I've had the car for about 10 years from that date and still no sludge or dry sump. I told the manager/owner of Town and Country and was told he sided with his mechanic. That's unfortunate because either he was crooked as well or he just violated a normal customer service ethic that says the customer is always right. What's more...I had proof but it didn't matter. Too bad.

They are easy to work with in finding convenient appointment times. They also take time when explaining repairs to prioritize which repair work needs to be addressed right away and what can wait.

If the problem isn't totally resolved in the initial visit they generally are able to get it right on the second visit. (The van is complex because of its age and wheelchair lift and other electronic add-ons.) They go out of their way to help me out.

Service desk was professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed expeditiously and for a reasonable price. I will be using them for all auto services in the future.

They fit me into their schedule for repairs even though I stopped by for an inspection and estimate. They are a busy shop with a wait list of approx two weeks. Since I was already on the lift for the inspection and didn't want to hassle with waiting two weeks and then try and get an appointment, I gave the go-ahead to do the repairs right then. The job was performed quickly and efficiently. The only waiting I had to do was for parts they had to order but the majority of the parts were on hand. Even having to wait, the entire job, including test drive, was less then three hours. I was pleased that my technician was ASE certified, as are other mechanics on staff. I trust the ASE certification explicitly and look for service techs with those credentials. They also have a Keurig coffee brewer in the wait room, which is nice. The personnel were friendly and knowledgeable and have gained my trust. I will continue to do business with this company. They are busy, which indicates happy customers -- they are that good. Everything I have gotten repaired from them I have had to get re-repaired and overly priced.

They are so great and awesome. I’ve used them twice. They fixed the issue. It’s a small, family business. They are on top of everything and have great prices. I trust them to do the work. Everybody from the owner to the technicians have all been very good. I'm so glad I found them.

They’ve been pretty honest and have not tried to upsell us. Their prices are competitive and I’ve had no problems with them.

I've used them for over six years, and after moving nearly 40 minutes away from them I still take the time to drive out to their shop for their services. They are honest, prompt and professional as well as efficient in their craftsmanship. They are very knowledgeable and informative when it comes to explaining exactly what needs to be done with the vehicle to their costumers, as well as upfront and honest about pricing for their service. They even provide a reasonable distance shuttle system for convenience! I will continue to use them for all of my automotive needs in the future.

Needed to get other things done, but their quoted price was too high and I have taken my business elsewhere since.

Their markup on parts is outrageous! They wanted to do induction service on a car with 45,000 miles which I declined.

I have used them for the past several years and have always been satisfied. My daughter had problems with her Honda pilot, and two other repair shops had diagnosed different causes and charged her near a thousand dollars. I had her take the car here, and they diagnosed the problem within a few hours and repaired it, replacing a relay. That was a few months ago, and no problems.

They found the front brake pads worn enough to warrant changing them. I saw the pads and they did need to be replaced. During the course of the front brake job, they found the driver's side caliper seized. I saw the caliper and it was seized. It was late in the day and I couldn't leave the vehicle as I needed it for work the next morning. The caliper would have to be ordered and they would not have it in until the next morning, so I told them to put the brakes back together and I would purchase and change the caliper myself on the following weekend. I have had Town and Country do work for me before and have been generally pleased with their work, although I always found their pricing to be high. This time was no exception. The work was done well and the cost was high. Had I not been in a hurry to get home for dinner, I would have looked closer at the itemized bill and complained about it. Their mark up on parts is ridiculous. They charged me $180.00 for a $50.00 set of brake pads. That is a 360% mark up. Other parts such as the transmission filter were similarly marked up. I find this to be a shame because Town and Country provides courteous and capable service. I cannot abide this type of gouging, however, and I will not use them again.

They did your basic oil change. We dropped it off the night before and they called when it was ready the next day.
