Despite another company saying that the entire furnace would have to be be replaced because Carrier no longer made all the parts for the cracked heat exchanger, Ron Air was able to fix it by re-using one of the undamaged existing parts, thus saving me thousands. They also replaced the outdoor unit of my heat pump (a different zone in my house). I've used Ron Air for other services in the past, too, and I've always found them to be professional, honest, and reliable.

This went very well - the company was responsive to my initial call, getting me 2 quotations, and scheduling the replacement date. The team showed up at 7:30 AM the day of the replacement and worked through until it was finished. The job was very professional. I like this company and plan to have them service my HVAC each year. They honored the Angie's List discount of $100 and credited the $130 for service call. They filled out and credited the $200 rebate from the manufacturer (Trane). Great work and knowledgeable team. Outstanding. Every employee of Ron Air treated my house like you would your own, which.. well, not many other companies did when I was getting quotes. There was no pushy sales pitch, and they were incredibly responsive to all my questions and concerns. As for the job itself, I had them replace an old heat pump and air handler (which were 20+ yrs old). It did take about the whole day to complete, but they showed up right on time, and the installation was done expertly! They back their installation for two years, and I recently had them stop by to further calibrate the system now that it's cold. There was no charge for the service call, and the tech showed the same level of care for my house as they did during the install. I would highly recommend going with this company for installation, or general upkeep.

I'm so glad we found out about Ron Air, thanks to Angie's List. We needed a new gas furnace and air conditioner to replace our 20+ year old ones, (for a small townhome). Bill came out and was so thorough in measuring and in understanding our heating/cooling needs and explained all our options. He emailed a detailed quote with several options. Ron Air's quote was affordable and less than another quote we received. We decided on a Trane single stage system. Installation was fine, the men worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. We're considering getting an annual maintenance plan with them once our current one is up for renewal.

Friendly and professional! I searched online and tried to have an estimate for job done and all other companies charging $79-99 for arrival to tell he much it will cost. That company arrived and measure everything with no any fee and estimated price was the same what we paid at the end! They installed new return line in the basement and 4-inch filter rack for mainline .

Excellent! No pushy sales tactics. Initial meeting was informative and left brochures and explained features, pro/cons and followed up few days later. Once we decided, service was scheduled and the technicians came on the date and everyone was very professional. Very pleased!

Very well. They did exactly what was discussed. Ron-Air informed me upfront that it would be best to schedule duct work after the busy summer A/C season. When I called at the end of the summer, the work was scheduled for couple of days later, and completed in one day.

They told me what they were going to do, they came and did it and charged me the price they said. The air conditioning and heating systems are working. I think replacing a system is ridiculously expensive, but they were in line with everybody else. It works, I guess that’s the quality. Hopefully I won’t need them, but if I needed them I would use them.

There were some special issues with duct work that had to be addressed during installation and everything was taken care of perfectly. This is the second of our two heat pumps to be replaced by Ron Air. They also regularly inspect and maintain our air conditioners. The company is very responsive, professional, and friendly.

Ron Air has been maintaining our heat/air for almost forty years. As always the work has been professional and excellent. In addition the bonus is that their staff are friendly, polite, helpful, and very considerate. We recently found we needed a new HVAC system. The older one they installed over twenty years ago was wearing down. The new Trane installation took the better part of the day. At the end of the day one could not tell any workmen had been on the property. Everything inside the house and outside the house was astoundingly neat and clean. The system is working perfectly.

Ron Air was very responsive to our inquiry about a new AC unit and sent a proposal (including any applicable rebates) right away. They were able to come out the day after we accepted the proposal and before the anticipated heat wave hit. All carpets were covered, and anything that was moved was put back before they left. Ron Air arrived on time and finished early. I was given a very thorough tutorial for our new thermostat. I would highly recommend Ron Air.

Everyone at Ron Air was incredibly responsive to us - from our initial inquiry all the way through the installation process. We received quotes from several different companies, and theirs was the most reasonable. Bill was clear and transparent in answering our questions, and made recommendations for a system which was lower cost but still matched the needs of our home. Most other companies tried to upsell to larger systems or had add-ons that we didn't need. Our initial estimate was delivered quickly, but we waited several months before making a decision. When we called to say we were ready to move forward, a new estimate was delivered within a day, and we were on their schedule quickly. The day of the installation they were on time and the work was completed without issue. We had a follow up question a couple of days after the installation, and they responded quickly. Overall, this was a great experience and I would hire them again.

Everything went very smoothly. The workers couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. I was very happy with the customer service. They also did a great job of making sure everything was aesthetically pleasing as I live in a condo/HOA community. I would definitely recommend this company and I would also use them again myself.
