They were really good. They were professional, on time, and very good at communicating with us. They came recommended by our bank, USAA. The work they did turned out fantastic. Our interactions with them were great. They were awesome. I kind of miss them.

I would not recommend this company based on their lack of professionalism and tardiness throughout the project. The workers didn't show up on time or at all on some days.

Basement renovation was as expected with beautiful results. Nichols builders are very professional. Outside work was completed in 3 weeks when original quote was 1 week! Otherwise work and price were great.
