It was a pleasure to sit down with this contractor before the job began to have cost of labor and materials clearly outlined and explained.  Before the work began, we arranged a pre-determined time when they would begin each day.  They never failed to arrive on time.  The care they took each day to cover and protect my floors and stair carpeting was deeply appreciated.  At the end of each day, all their tools and materials were stored neatly and securely in a designated area of the house before they vacuumed all pertinent areas to make sure my environment was clean and comfortable each evening.  All work was done with exquisite precision and care.  I was struck by and impressed with their attention to detail and their willingness to ensure my satisfaction at each step of the process.  I am more than pleased not only with their superior work ethic and competence but also with their professional courtesy that was demonstrated from day one.  I would not hesitate to recommend this contractor with the highest rating possible.  In fact I have done so already to several of the neighbors in my community.
